plantronics gamecom 377 headset problem

i just recently got my plantronics gamecom 377 head set and well i hear most of the sound on my right ear peace unless i balance it but if i do balance it it doesn't sound as loud when it is on normal settings when i teamspeak with everyone while playing games i can hardly hear them everything is the same music and so on i can only hear most of the sound on the right side does anyone know how to fix this? i wanna be able to use my headset with the sound as loud as it can be

Are you plugging them into your onboard or your sound card?

ehh.. pretty sure its my sound card
