Hey folks,
Last month my clan server went down due to some hardware problems and our clan is nothing but a bunch of lazy hookers (including me
). Since then nobody has taken some steps to re launch the server for clan practice. I decided to initiate server on my home PC.
Before this I had not any idea to run any kinda server, so surfed the web and got some hints about running my own dedicated server for Counter Strike Source.
I am running my server through SRCDS, and some plugins name mani admin plugins (this looks easy for a noob like me). I heard MetaMOD has also some useful plugins but found this difficult to set up or use.
Now the real problem lies in to arrange a CAL match, I got a CAL.cfg file from internet and another file name lo3.cfg.
lo3.cfg file only restarts the map 3 times and does nothing and when I exec CAL.cfg, only half of the script works and after execution of this file my game starts to lag and my ping suddenly boosts up.
Can anybody sort this problem out for me, or anyone of you have a .cfg file for CAL match you can send it to me.

BTW is this makes a difference that I play ma game and run the server on the same machine?
