Recently, the past year, I have re-started gaming, on my old pc that has an also old, low-end, budget amd athlon 5350 cpu.
I know I cant run modern games, but that is not my purpose, I only want to run mostly emulator games and
old titles (pre-2010 games).
I can give around 120 $.
My specs is on my profile, so about it, any further help if I can upgrade to an better cpu is just nice.

There is no real better CPU for that board. Technically there is a 5370 but that is a 150mhz upgrade vs the current CPU which isnt worth the effort/money.

Emulation etc is mainly tied to CPU performance so looking at the 2nd hand market for things like 2nd Gen Ryzens or Intel 9th gen or better would be a massive leap up if you can get it for cheap.

I see. After all those years, that I was into amd, I never thought to upgrade on intel skylake, even some years after 2015..
Well, exept that I can run on low-medium settings some games, the amd cpu is the main villain here:D and really is so outdated now

Well, it was launched in 2014, along with althlon 53xx series, with the AM1i socket

As emulation is a thing you are looking at I would honestly think about a Steam deck as it would be a decent platform for games of that era plus have relevant controls AND be not too expensive

Thanks for the advice, I think I would, exept that I'm not really a fan of Steam, plus I used to have the windows program many years before ! (thats why I mention I recently restarted gaming).
