Would a motherboard be able to handle power 2 LEDs? The front of my case has a small light for power, but I would like to change out my power button to one that lights up. Thus I would need a splitter cable to light both LEDs at the same time.

I have a Gigabyte X570 UD. Would my motherboard be able to handle this?

Software yes, lots!
To be save, just add a 1k Ohm resistor (or even higher, if you can live with slightly lower brightness on both) in line with each of the two LED to limit the current flow and you should be fine.
