Powercolor 9550 256MB serial error

I just got my Powercolor Radeon 9550 256 MB a few days ago. I tried using both Flashrom and ATIflash to flash Powercolor Radeon 9600 Pro 256 MB to the card but it gave me an error saying "Serial Flash ROM is LOCKED."

I used the following commands after booting into DOS from floppy:
flashrom -f -p 0 9600pro.bin or atiflash -f -p 0 9600pro.bin

Can someone please help me...
