EU based members will start see their environmental temperature rising.
I did read recently messages posted at TPU about middle market segment GPU these throttling back due overheat.
No one seems to think as first reason for the issue, the age or mechanical condition of the single DC fan.

How we can get in to Predictive maintenance thinking?
Today that your graphic cards seems as very much intact, you may get two GPU-z screenshots:
a) One with DC fan speed percentage in use at idle
b) One with DC fan speed percentage in use at load = 75C GPU core

Keep both at safe place as comparison point.
When you suspect throttling of GPU or Memory clocks, then inspect older screenshot and compare the percentage of DC fan activity.

Should we simply, take the DC fan apart and add lubrication?
Yes and No, most homes does not have proper lubrication chemicals, and there is no long term warranty, neither is ideal taking your graphic card apart frequently, there is a pile of sensitive electronics over them.
If you do succeed damaging fragile electronic components, you will feel much worse than before.

Best method shopping for an original DC fan for your card?
Predictive maintenance this translates that you are not in a hurry to push cash on eBay due Buy-now.
You may instead Bid for what you need, and leave the bidding when price becomes unreasonable high.
Any (GPU) DC fan over 5$ USD shipped, this enters at the unreasonable price range.

I am a regular Gamer, when I have to start or should worry about GPU Fan failure?
Generally speaking, any one who own a GPU out of warranty, he should start to worry.
Example: If your graphics card this is production of 2016 (single fan), it is wise having the spare-part in stock all ready.

Predictive maintenance this is based on statistics them be an offering from a respected manufacturer.
Unfortunately most information's offered as electrical specifications from Asian sellers they cannot be trusted, most of them copy the text or entire listings of other sellers, because it is easy to do, and by doing so they copy or reproduce any previously false posted information.

It looks like that GPU-Z needs additional touch-up.
When Max values are used, GPU frequency window and few more, they run out of space.
