Problem with 6370M

Hello to everybody! This is my first post, so I'm sorry if I've done any mistakes. My problem is that 8 days ago, in every game I play, I cannot gain more than 10fps even with the lower settings. I have checked almost everything. I have checked for driver updates, I have defraged the HDD, I have checked for viruses and malwares, I'm sure there is not a RAM problem and finally I have openned my laptop to clean it up from dust.
My laptop's specifications:
Intel core i3 380M 2.53Ghz
Amd Radeon HD 6370M 512MB
Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
4GB RAM
320GB HDD
Before the problem I used to use FurMark. Usually the tempereature could reach 75 degrees and 4-5 fps, but now it can't reach even 60 degrees and it cannot exceed 1 fps! If someone has an idea about what's happening, please help me. If you need more info, feel free to ask me!

First :
NEVER USE FURMARK (especially on a laptop)

the fact that you can't reach more than 60°C is because the GPU is throttling maybe due to power consumption, anyway try to test it with a game.

Second :
What games are you playing? And at what resolution?

your laptop isn't very powerful and definitely not suited for gaming, your GPU is clearly the bottleneck.

Ok, I've uninstalled furmark. I've tested with games and the temperature reached 49 degrees. I play gta sa in full settings(until 10 days ago, no problem but now 20 fps)) gta iv in lowest settings, nfs rivals at 1024*768 resolution and most wanted 2012 at 1366*768 in lowest settings. I play a kinda old game (attack on pearl harbor) at full settings(until 10 days ago no prob but now 10 fps). By the way I know my laptop isn't very powerful. I use it more for surfing the internet.

did you put the laptop in balanced or high performance mode?

can you monitor the gpu usage via msi afterburner?

I've put the laptop in high performance. I attach the usage during gta sa.

I noticed something. Although the core's clock speed is supposed to be 750Mhz, it doesn't go more than 300!

Thanks! It runs better than before!!! I am sure that I would never think of downloading the driver from the manufacturer!

even the titles you mentioned like gta 4 and nfs rivals should not run properly on that 6370 in the first place. 6370 is very very low.

I know how bad 6370M is. However I can still play nfs rivals and most wanted in lowest settings without a big problem! Just some minor artifacts! By the way I'm not a hardcore gamer. I just play some games to spend my time.

Unfortunately the problem is back!!! And now it is worse!!! It doesn't exceed 3 fps and it crashes when playing HD videos!!!

Sorry to write again but when I put the drivers of the laptop maker and the problem gone!!! But after a while the same problem. I put the drivers of the amd and the problem gone again!!! And of course, after a while it appeared again. So what happens? I have to switch drivers all the time? Or this indicates a problem of the card?

so, the problem is not in the driver.
my guess is power delivery, if you can, try another power adapter, if nothing change maybe the problem is in the VRM section?
