Problem with ASUS board and Windows 7 Ultimate RC

I have an ASUS M3A78-CM motherboard with an AMD Phenom 8750 CPU running Windows 7 Ultimate RC 7100. I just purchased a Sound Blaster PCI Express 2.0 card (X-fi Extreme) card, and the OS does not see the PCI Express 2.0 slot at all...Please help...As far as I know, I have the latest BIOS updates, and the latest drivers for the MOBO...
Also downloaded the latest drivers from Creative Labs...
