Problem with Audigy to Xi-Fi exteme audio on windows 7 (console launcher)

I'm having the same problem as some other people can anyone please help?!

Under device manager it does say x-fi xtreme audio. Everything works 100% but the console launcher!! When i try to open it, it says there is no supported device, then it gives me a drop menu and the x-fi xtreme audio is on there but when i select it, same problem. Anyone know the problem?!

I just also noticed none of the setting on the creative audio control panel are working. EAX, CMSS-3D, none of this is working. Have I done something wrong? all I did was manually select the drivers under device manager and clicked on the xtreme audio one.
