HELLO EVERYONE I HAVE

ASUS Z690 HERO MOBO

i9 13900k

2X16GB G SKIL 6400MHZ

psu antec 1300w hcp

asus rog strix rtx 4090 oc

I CONNECT TO MY TV SAMSUNG Q80A 4K 120HZ WITH HDMI 2.1 CABLE

WHEN I OVERCLOCK THE GPU LITLE IN TIME SPY BENCHMARK SOMTIMES I SEE BLACK

SCREEN AND NO SIGNAL AND I MUST REBOOT MY PC AND AFTER RESTART I SEE IN THE

IN THE EVENTLOG

The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1137&SUBSYS_87F61043&REV_00\6&1ea6ff33&0&000000E4.

WHAT I NEED TO DO TO FIX THIE ISSUE?

THNKS FOR THE HELP

if things run fine without the overclock it just means the card has become unstable with the overclock..

somtimes it run fine with the same overclock setings if the card unstable its not supposed to rest the driver and show signal?

Leave your GPU @ stock speeds, problem solved.

It's already world's fastest consumer GPU.

Alot of times the strix cards are pretty much already on a max overclock from the factory.
As previously stated, not sure why you'd overclock the fastest GPU out there.

It kind of seems like you're tripping the power

can i ask just out of curiosity what kind of an overclocking are you talking about.. ??

Never mind I thought you meant your computer is turning off not restarting
no

i overclock with msi afterburner 100+ core 500+ memory

somtimes it work perfect somtime dont and the strange thing it hapeend the black signal not in the test in the end of the test when moving to next test it flickering and then no signal not during the test and load on the gpu

crashing to desktop or freezing? okay... restarting on it's own? weird (especially for nvidia.)
sounds more like your PSU (which is multi rail) triggers ocp since it has plugs where two rails are splitted between two 8 pins and others where both 8 pins run off one.

the PSU itself can't be the problem. but your wiring might be the culprit.
i run my 4090 at 500W load with a cheap 850W PSU with TWO 8 Pins daisychained... and it's fully stable.

As others said, probably a unstable overclock. Lower it or turn it off.

its not crashing to desktop or freezing and not restarting on it's own during 3dmark time spy when finish test 1 and moving to test 2 the screen flickering and no signal the the mobo say A0 and i need to restart the pc to get signal when i see int the eventlog i see The driver \Driver\WudfRd failed to load for the device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_1137&SUBSYS_87F61043&REV_00\6&1ea6ff33&0&000000E4. event 219
mybe is my tv? 120HZ mybe the hdmi cable? the screen no crashing when gpu load only when moving test from 1 to 2 in TIMESPY

if it only crashes when the overclock is applied it has to be connected to the overclock.. your overclock itself isnt excessive..

the performance gain from your overclock isnt really of much use i would run the card at stock speeds for a while and see what happens..

ps.. i think the strix already comes with a higher than normal clock.. maybe another 100 mhz on top of factory overclock of 90mhz is just too much for it..

boost clock is just 2610Mhz of the strix oc (even gainward cards have that out of the box)
+200 - 240 should be no problem.

Download DDU and the latest driver.
pull your lan cable, hold shift while pressing restart, pick troubleshooting, start options and safe boot.
select "4" (safe boot no network) and run DDU.
after that restart, install the drivers, shut down again, plug in your lan cable and then try it again.

what is describe is a form of crashing. No video until you restart.

something strange i turned off game mode on my samsung tv q80a from 120hz to 60hz and everyting is ok i overclocked the gpu to 3000mhz and the memory +1400mhz and no crashes

my palit 4090 isnt stable with a plus 200 mhz on the core and that dosnt start off at 2610..

have a question when i overclock the card beyond 3GHZ in 3dmark i have somteing on the screen like artifacts when i lowering clock on the gpu to 2985 everything is ok
does it normal? not only memory overclock casue this artifacts ?

it's mostly memory but not always. 2985 is ok what does that mean? did you really tested? or are you just trying to fry the poor thing for benchmark positions

i only want to know if my card hava a problem and i want to overclock to the max

there is no exact "max".. one card varies from another card and they will all have problems if you push the clocks too far..

Send the card back for money back
