I'm looking for a (preferably web based) software/service that can help with my project management issue.
What we do:
- Hawaii based showroom with factory aboard
- Custom orders of cabinetry submitted by salesperson to factory
- About 10-20 orders a month
What I look for:
- Salesperson generate quote and send customers
- Track status of leads and generate reports
- Track status of orders (processing, in production, shipped etc) - this can be done manually by our abroad factory when they log in to website
- The system automaticly update customers with status of their orders OR a portal that customers can look up status
- Even better if has stock inventory management (we do carry some stock in Hawaii)
- Quickbooks integration is a plus
