Anyone else ever notice that when a heat sinks has fans in this position one fan almost always buzzes. I found you have to turn down the pulling fans rpms to make it go away. This has happened to me with several different fans and on different heat sinks. Alone the fans are silent but together one buzzes.
 
Its normal for some fans. High rpm makes the propeller pull off from its body.. if you press the propeller in the middle while on the buzzing sound, you will notice it will lose that sound.. the same goes if you lie it down flat (with the air blowing against the ground), the buzz sound would disappear but still maintain high rpm.

On my Rig I have a huge scythe kaze 120x120x38 pushing and a 120x120x25 PWM corsair fan pulling and there is no buzzing at all.

Scythe is at 2848 RPM (push)
Corsair fan is at 1740 (pull)

I'll have to swap fan positions some time to check for buzzing and improvement in temps.

Have you noticed any differences in temps based on rpms and push and pull positions?
