Ok I noticed that gpu-z says the memory bus width for the HD3200 on my board is only 32bit... shouldn't it be 64bit since the system memory its using is 64bit? shouldn't the frequency also be the same as my system memory, since that's what its using? due to my overclock it should be 933mhzddr (466mhz?)

If the video card is using only the ram in your comp as its own the video ram will be overclocked the same as the system ram. For the 32 bit, it might the hd3200 hardware it self and not the ram at all.

The ram on any overclocking tool never shows up right with IGP just letting you know.

my 4200 has 128MB of DDR3 built in (1066Mhz) and 256MB of shared system ram - this spazzes out detection programs pretty good.

i wish mine had the sideport ram or w/e they call it, but its shared mem only. and in case anyone is wondering, so far overclocking from 500 to 950 its been pretty stable.

i kinda figured it might have to do with how it detects the ram or the fact that its an IGP

I've tried the 790GX, 785G, and 890GX and none are detected right by GPUz on memory speed. I'm not sure about bus as I never paid attention.
