As a company perk it looks like I get to attend CES next month. If you want me to ask a question please post the company, and the question you want asked and I will post their answer here. (Not sure which day I will be attending yet)

Day? CES is like a week long typically.

Whatcha doing there? Hitting the convention floor? Meeting board/card partners at the different venues?

I'll be there as well (5 of last 6 years, several total) getting facetime with the partners grinding going from hotel to hotel to hotel to hotel during the day, writing news and after hours party (rinse and repeat 3x). I'll hit the floor the last day just to see the major players sorting having to sort through the dozens of cell phone kickstand booths and drone stuff. :)

You wont find many of the PC parts on the floor (msi/asus/giga/antec/corsair/thermaltake etc etc) but a whole ton of other cool mostly unrelated stuff. You will see huge displays likes samsung, Sony, etc on the floor. I think Inwin is in the convention center.

I've actually never been. My dept. got free passes from a major electronics company, so I get to go to the main convention.

The floor is cool as hell...and HUUUUUUUUUUGE!! But you wont find a ton of PC related booths there. The major players I mentioned are all in hotel suites and ballrooms scattered around the strip. But you will find other electronics there. I believe you can find a list of vendors/booths and locations on the floor. One day isnt enough on the convention floor, honestly. :)

Have fun.. it's a blast...especially if you like vegas as a whole.
