It is said the R670 is going to be issued next Q1 not only R600 65nm or 55nm version, it will use dual GPU design, that is to say equip two RV670 core on one PCB. Its performances will be absolutely better than Geforce 8800 Ultra largely but it possible cannot as good as NVIDIA G92. Thanks God AMD will release R700 series in next Q2!

What ever happened to the dual hd 2600xt? I remember seeing pics of it (it looked just like the dual x1950 pro).

Perhaps that wasnt official but rather an project of a retailer....
