I have tried various methods of fixing this.
Reinstalled windows tried a different SSD.

Sometimes the pc will freeze & noise will stutter while it froze, I have to hold the power button to restart it

When I play games the frames are bad and most of the games will stutter.

The second GPU will work sometimes.
The system will freeze & after hard reboot, it will not show on the sensors in GPU Z

Your pictures are all red X's to me.............at leas the ones outside of spoilers. Why do you have images inside and outside of spoilers??? Are thy different?????

Have you tried reinstalling drivers video card and audio?? Either the latest or go back a couple of versions? What troubleshooting have you done? How about creating system specs like we all have? What power supply are you running?

Must have thermal issues, please give us complete system specs.

He hasnt, yet, mentioned it happens on load or hes losing it while active...though it could be temp issues, hes idling normal for fan speeds so hes at least not starting out warm.

Yeah his images are red x

Inside the spoiler works for me...(feels like your are two posts behind, lol)

Those voltage readings look nuts,

What's his psu?

0 and 35, then 35 and 37 is interesting on temps, that's lower than my cpu at stock speed.

Is he trying to mine too?

Id run malwarebytes and see if a minors bug was installed too.

My PSU is EVGA 1000g 80Plus

When loading is fine mainly when i'm playing game's or starting certain games sorry for the mess of my post :)
I will sometimes freeze when loading but this hardly happens

Try using the "Multi-Quote" button instead of triple posting...;)

I have fixed this issue.

I swapped out the vga cables for new ones and since works perfect

Thanks for everyones help though

How old is the psu?

ever considered just getting a new graphics card?? Even a 1070 will beat down that 295X2.

If youre thinking 'Crossfire', games are quite often badly optimised for dual GPU setups anyway and trust me I know this lol. Ive run so many dual GPU setups since the 4870 days.

Some games will run fine while some just wont or run really bad if they do. Its better just to forget it and go with the one powerful GPU instead.

A 1070 or 1080 will eat a lot less power then your 295X2 as well. The only downside is that you might actually need to turn the heating on this winter as the 295X2 wont be doing that job no more.

Use 2 separate power connectors for the card. Pull the cooler off the card and replace the thermal compound and thermalpads.
