Hi first of all I am German so sry for my English.
A few days ago my friend gave me his old graphic card (Radeon 9800SE) and told me that I can activate 4 more pipelines. So I did some researches and read a lot about softmodding. As he told me I tryed the omegadrivers first. But when I select "Soft modded 9800Se driver" I get a blackscreen after the reboot (windows boots, I can hear the sounds but the screen is black).
So I installed Rivatuner. But in Rivatuner I dont have the field "NVStrap". When I start ATITool there appears a messagebox "You can activate 4 pipelines on your graphic card". When I replace the *.sy_ file I get a blackscreen after reboot as well.
I can install normal unmodded drivers without any problem. But I want to upgrade this graphiccard because my friend was able to do so. So I hope there is someone here who can help me.
