Ram and XMP profile issue

When i activate the XMP profile on my ram they just stop working and the only way i got them working again was to change them out for another pair of worse ram i have laying around and then disabling the XMP profile.

I don't know what the issue is, if you have any ideas please do tell.

And most probably those sticks need some manual settings to get them to work. Need to state all details of your system.
