I don't remember exactly what thread(obviously, or I wouldn't be posting) but a member posted a pretty thorough guide showing the different types of chips used on various RAM modules, and I was wondering if anyone had any idea as to what I'm talking about. I believe Wile E posted the link. More to the point, I'm trying to find out what kind of chips were used it my new kit.

Yes sir, those are the ones. Sad news about my kit though. Any ideas?

I'm guessing they are going to be the Elpidia BABG-DJ-E's as the ram you linked is similar to the PC3-10666 Reaper HPC that's on the list.

So, are those decent? I'm not very knowledgeable about RAM chips other than, MICRON D9's YEAH WOO lol

Anyone have any ideas on how good these chips are?
