Randomly decided to check CPU-Z today and it's reporting my RAM speed at 931Mhz. When I originally built the PC, back in December 2019, I set up DOCP in the bios at 3200 Mhz, and that's what it showed in CPU-Z. I don't know when this happened, or why it happened, I haven't changed any bios settings since, and I can't find an answer despite searching. I've literally never had a single issue with this build before, not even a crash, so I'm very confused. I'm hesitant to update the BIOS, I've read that if it isn't broken, don't update it, and I'm always scared of bricking the system no matter how irrational that may sound, but If someone is going to tell me to update the bios, I'll need to buy a USB stick (I moved about a year ago and have a lot of my stuff in storage in another state), is there a certain size/type/file system required? Anyway, if there is another solution to try before that, it'd be appreciated. Thank You
EDIT: I did change the TPM setting for the Windows 11 test, but am still on Windows 10
