Hello
I have got a Sapphire Radeon 9600 non-pro ViVo with 128 MB RAM (128-bit). The card is overclocked from 325/200 to 400/230 with the standard passive cooler but I`ve got several case fans installed.
When I saw that it`s possible to change the timings of the RAM with ATITool, I looked at the chips on my card and I saw that they are from Samsung and their model number is K4D261638E-TC40.
Now I searched for the datasheet of these chips with google and on page 15 I found the attached table.
The timings read by the ATITool (RaBiT says the same) are like this:
CAS Latency: 3
tRC: unknown
tRFC: 15
tRAS: 17
tRCDRD: 5
tRCDWR: 3
tRP: 4
tRRD: 2
tDAL: unknown
Is it possible to change the timings of the RAM to the values from the datasheet (especially tRAS) without damaging the card?
Thanks for your answers!
