Hey guys I'm having a problem with my system it wont boot up it just turns on for a second then turns off does this in a loop this isn't a new build and has been working since the RIVE got released any ideas? and it was working fine last night nothing has changed from then to now.

Tired Updating bios via flash back
Tired another PSU
Tired Resetting CPU
Tired removing every think apart from MB and CPU
