edit: Seems like the UAC from windows is the culprit

I just discovered that sometimes without any reason it will show a black screen when opening the GPU-Z, but the security window that I have to accept in order to open, it will shows.
Here a demo of the issue:

At 0:30 seconds from the video you can see tht actually it will stay on black screen untill I click something

UAC issue, nothing burger

Yes you are right, if I disabled the UAC or downgrate the level of security seems like not happens anymore.
Thanks

This is how Microsoft designed their OS, there is no way GPU-Z could do anything differently

I remember about there being a pushback because of UAC on Vista. But, in the case of Vista, I think it was because Vista prompted with nearly every thing.

The black background, may be a minor video driver issue. Seeing that you're on Nvidia, and I haven't been using Nvidia for months now, so there may be a little issue that I don't know about.

I have to see if that happens on Radeon or Arc graphics. Haven't been on team GeForce for many months!

Yes I though it was GPU-Z thing but NO, saw that happens with any app that I open, so totally windows UAC issue.
It can be closed if you like, thanks guys !
