thanks silver for the help I have done what you have told me to and I am going to currently test it to see if their is any improvement, the driver clean I have only had 1 set of drivers on a fresh so I don't think its any left over driver etc..

bah Im still getting in games even with the timeings I was stable at now I don't understand whats going on if its software related or hardware, I have found some forums with people haveing similar problems as me so hopefully I can sort this problem out.
