Hello,

After i installed windows 7, i've also installed DAP 9.*.

DAP=Download Accelerator Plus

In DAP, there is option named import links from text file, but it's not getting links to download.

If i click on import, it shows each files of 33.8kbs or fewer kbs only and doesnt download that file.

Also, there is add option in DAP, even if i click on Add and paste link and click on OK, it shows file siz of 33.8kbs only.

But if i enter same link in browser, it shows actual size and download file.

Can anyone solve my proble so that i dont have to enter each links form my browser manually?

Thanks.

Update:

I've tried FDM but same problem with it..showing 33.8kb file size if i add d/l link directly.
But haven't tried as you've suggested in that thread, if DAP wont work, i'll have to try that then..

But if possible, plz provide solution for DAP+RS direct d/l.
It was perfact in vista but after i installed windows 7, it's not done..though windows 7 rocks..

You must put you account login and the password in the site logins part of dap, or it only downloads html files. Go to site logins, put your login + password and its dusted. Works for me! Hope this helps you!

Yes.It
It's downloading only HTML files.

I've also added RS premium login in DAP-tools-options-site manager

Have you checked if the files are still active? Cause some files are blocked etc (copyright etc) after some time. I recommend checking those.

I thought you were using IDM (Internet Download Manager), my bad! Anyways, dap used to be my download manager, since I've tried IDM, I honestly can say that I'll never go back to it. It even saves youtube videos, rips mp3's from sites etc. Great tool. If you are having problems with dap, why not try IDM?

Files are already active, i've already mentioned that i can d/l if i enter link in IE but not directly via DAP.

I used both in vista, but still i preffer DAP.

and for windows 7, http://www.microsoft.com/windows/default.aspx
Latest version of IDM isnt compatible for sure according to microsoft verification.

Please provide me solution to d/l RS files directly and also importing from clipboard or text file..

Are you using FF or IE?

Pretty strange since i'm using idm in win7 with no problems. Microsoft's compatibility verification is just a joke imo.
