Realtek Audio Console

Hi all, So i had a asus 399x motherboard and i used the onboard audio and i would use realtek audio console to do my settings, so a few weeks ago i bought a new mb asus dark hero, new hard drive, memory pretty much everything new so i installed everything from the asus cd like i did on my old setup but realtek audio console will not open the red page comes up and freezes. So on another tech site i posted this and they had me turn something off in advanced system settings and uninstall the device then the drivers then the software and i did it and reinstalled everything from the cd but now audio console does not even load ? anyone have this problem?
