My Realtek stopped working out of nowhere and i think it was because of the windows update so i tried fixing it back reinstalling and such but whenever i tried to reinstall Realtek it wouldn't pop up anywhere. I looked in device manager and all i have under sound is "NVIDIA High Definition Audio" which is the one with the graphics card. I've contacted support about which is Asus and nothing could be solved still and tried many files that could be tried to be downloaded but nothing. This problem is a nuisance because im just trying to game and hear music and such bit cant because i have no more Realtek. If anyone can help me solve this problem it would be a blessing cause i really miss the audio on this PC.

For starters, stop doing this:
tried many files that could be tried to be downloaded
And then search if someone else reported similar problem after that particular windows update (which one was it?). Your mobo is quite popular.

Assuming it really was because of the update, not you all the files that can be downloaded...

yeah im not sure but i reseted my pc and tried looking fro familiar post but cant find any and sorry im not a whole expert with PCs

Read your board manual and check to ensure it is enabled in the bios, are you talking about sound or lan?
