Upgrading from a BenQ XL2420T (1080p 120hz TN)

That specific Viewsonic monitor everyone talks about is NOT an option (Many refunds from what i seen).

VA is a huge NO due to smearing

I'm from Spain and brands are limited mostly to the big guns, AKA ASUS, BenQ, MSI, GIGABYTE, Acer/AOC, LG, etc..

Looking for mainly 24" monitors due to size and view , but also wanna know 27" alternatives. minimum 120hz and maximum 240hz (Anything above 240 seems not that noticeable) with 1ms GTG or , well, whatever does less ghosting, etc

I know OLED is there but is very costful and the burn-in is worrysome, but i wanna know if there's options for my needs below

MOST IMPORTANTLY: NO COIL WHINE OR NOISE COMING FROM IT....My ears are VERY SENSITIVE

Uses: Fast paced FPS (DOOM ETERNAL), dark games like RESIDENT EVIL and ALAN WAKE 2 (Blacks are important) along usual games like THE WITCHER and, well... General games overall... Then Photoshop/Clip Studio Paint + Paint Tool SAI 2 + Adobe illustrator, and tons of browsing, so loads of static stuff (Hence the OLED topic) and also watching anime/cartoons/live action series/movies

And also very old games from GOG (Duke Nukem 3D, etc) due to the whole strobing/overshoot topic under 120/240hz (Saw someone mentioned something about it with even a TN monitor . the BenQ XL2546X)

If possible, as many less inconveniences as possible (Minor IPS glow and backlight bleed sense, etc). I also saw OLED has this VRR flicker but i dunno if it's something you can disable and not see such flickers at all, etc...I wouldn't use a console on this monitor btw

Although the IPS topic worries me because of this vid ( What i mean about can be seen here between 19:13 and 22:40 (Where there's a bit more of light even))

Around 500€ budget, could go a tad bit higher but depends of the panel/risks, etc..
