You didn't read the mini flash guide on this forum and because of that you made a couple of mistakes:
  1. Using the graphics user interace instead of command line. You must use command line since you otherwise cannot force a flash!
  2. Not using amdvblfash 2.91 2.93
  3. Flashing a bios which doesnt have Hynix H5GQ8H24MJR memory support.
  4. Since you didn't remove the cooler, there is no guarantee the card has physically Hynix H5GQ8H24MJR on it.

This bios is made for your E353 PCB and has Hynix H5GQ8H24MJR memory support. RX570 and RX470 are almost the same. Only difference is the binning (quality) of the chip

ayyy bios worked like a charm. I dint even think about since its a mining bios the ID probably wouldnt match and that i had to force it. I didnt find amdvbflash 2.91 but i did find 2.93 on here so i saved the original bios, flashed it, restarted and it now shows up like a regular x570 in windows and reports memory, temp and everything, ive yet to test display output with the single HDMI thats on these mining cards but if it works ill solder on the rest of the ports and these will work fine as basic display adapters which has a lil bit of juice.

Thanks for the help!
