I noticed the other day, after explicitly installing the Renesas USB 3.0 controller so I would get support, that my USB 3.0 device was operating at 2.0-esq speeds. When I checked the Device manager, the USB 3.0 driver was no where to be found, or rather the device wasn't. After un-installing the software, and getting the latest driver, the ports have begun working at full speed again. Anyone else seeing this or is this noted somewhere with a fix or atleast a cause?
