I got a Tuniq Tower, the one with the LED fan, and well it sucks. The fan is noisy and moves an okay amount of air but the thing I hate the most is the speed knob mine came with is buggy, it doesn't always work, so I need a new fan.

Someone suggested a Silverstone FM121 to me, but I wanted to see if anyone else has replace fans on their Tuniqs and with what. Also what is the main difference between the FM121 and 123?

Oh and quietness at low to mid speeds is *important* but I don't mind it being loud when I crank it up, cause I only do that when playing games anyways.

I would go with a Noctua 120 mm or a Nexus real silent fan. The Nexus real silents fans are extremely quiet yet push a decent amount of air. You could also go with a Papst 120 mm fan some of them are quite good and push a decent amount of air compared to their noise emission.

I'm hoping to get a fan that moves more than say... 60cfm, my current Tuniq says it does about 40 but I'd say its more as it easily beats my Apevia's out and they are rated for 50cfm or something.

I've heard the Nocturas are kind of inefficient for the amount of air they move per the noise they make.

heatsink

fans

pair those up pos with 2 fans and you will be as cools as you can get with air cooling.
