It is resolved. I did a clean install of windows and with Deus Ex Mankind Divided it went to ~6GB .However some soft i use still detect 4GB VRAM may be soft specific issue.
Anyway VRAM works so thank you all for your assistance.

Hi,I am having a bit trouble with my RX80. Its VRAM dips down to 0MB after reaching 4GB (4065 MB last time i checked). Game sometime crashes right after the dip.
Playing ROTTR on 1080p with Very High settings.
I would like to know how can i test all 8GB VRAM of the card to ?

Why you would pair a RX480 with an i3 2100 is beyond me as this creates a massive bottleneck....

Does the memory problem/crashing only happen when you're playing the one game?

A i5 2500k is under 100 bucks right now, which will up the performance of your system, and will be less of a bottleneck to your rx480

Not saying you should do it, but just pointing it out

@FreedomEclipse @Black.Raven
I am waiting for Ryzen & will move to suitable components ASAP after launch to remove any bottleneck.

Only Specific to Rise of Tomb Raider as no other game play will tend to fill up even 4GB of VRAM. ( I don't play GTA V so can't try with that.)

Well i should upgrade & i know that ,will move to suitable Kaby lake/Ryzen components after Ryzen performance is clear however RX480 is mostly at 99% even with i3 2100.

Can you tell me about any software/benchmark to stress test all 8GB of my RX480? (Most just go up to 3.5GB)

Surprisingly that doesn't seem to be a CPU bottleneck in this particular game you play then....

I'd say GTA V, but you don't own it...
What other AAA titles do you have?

Just test the other AAA games you have at the moment.

Yeah,For Non-CPU intensive games RX480 mostly stay at 99% but Games like Astroneer runs very crappy on this config.

Metro Series, Witcher series but they seem to work fine as they don't reach 4GB VRAM mark or go even near that.

Just test the other AAA games you have at the moment.
Metro Last Light Redux tested but stays at 1.3 GB of VRAM, 4GB RAM and 8.2 GB Pagefile
Witcher 3 stays below 3.5 GB ,Witcher 2 around 0.9 GB VRAM

I will go for RMA. Thank You for your help but if you know about any software able to test 8GB VRAM you can tell me.
