I just got this window pop up today when I launched GPU-Z:

GPU-Z certificate.jpg

I clicked on View Certificate and that is how I found out which program is using it.
I will click No for now as I don't know what this certificate does or if its safe to Install Certificate?

Why is it asking me this? I have never had any issues with GPU-Z before. Something isn't right here. But I don't know what.
Will uninstalling and downloading the program, then installing it from scratch fix this issue?

I'm on Windows 11 Pro 64-Bit
AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D
ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING
Kingston 32GB (2x16GB) KF432C16BBK2/32 Fury Beast
GIGABYTE Radeon RX 7900 XTX GAMING OC 24G (GV-R79XTXGAMING OC-24GD)

Have you checked date/time on your PC? Try syncing via NTP manually.
Cause I have the last 5 versions of GPU-Z and my rig nearly identical to yours(except GPU) running W11 Pro 23H2, and no issues with SSL

Offline? Internet problems? gpu-z.com works fine here, ssl test says it's fine, too https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=gpu-z.com
No. I am definitely online.

I tried w32tm /resync and this is the result:

C:\Windows\System32>w32tm /resync
Sending resync command to local computer
The computer did not resync because no time data was available.

I tried w32tm /config /syncfromflags:manual /manualpeerlist:ntp.adelaide.edu.au and the result was:
The command completed successfully.

Then I did w32tm /config /update and the result was:
The command completed successfully.

And finally I did w32tm /resync and this time the result was:
The command completed successfully.

But I still get the certificate error.

Do you have VPNs installed? Or any "great national firewalls" in the equation?

Perhaps their computer can't connect to Sectigo's CRL fetch domain?

Try pinging them (or navigate manually using a browser and see if it trigger downloading the list).

Not sure what I'm supposed to do to ping them. What do I ping?

Also when I tried doing a speedtest on speedtest.net I get this error:

speedtest_.jpg

I can do speedtests on other speed testing websites though.

I downloaded the app and it works testing both down and up speed. So clearly a browser issue.

I just got my new GPU (MSI GeForce RTX 5080 16GB GAMING TRIO OC 16G) and GPU-Z doesn't know what it is so its reporting 255 degrees hotspot temp. Which is obviously wrong. At the bottom it asks me to submit validation to help out but when I click Submit it does this:

gpuz_.jpg

Any corporate firewall? other firewall software?

Does this load? http://gpu-z.com/dfsdf (you should see a 404 error page)

No corporate firewall. I'm just a home user. Just the Windows firewall and AVG. I think that also has a firewall. But I only installed that a couple days ago. And this issue has been occurring since before then.

Yea it gave a 404 error.

Check if turning off Avast before submitting the report makes any difference

Same thing. Got the 404 error as previously.
Apparently your browser works fine either way.

I meant use GPU-Z to submit a validation and see if the error is gone now

I can't! It refuses to connect to the servers so submission is not possible.
