Honestly Roccat is pretty cool, my support experience was also awesome when I needed them. To be fair though I do use their mice. I really like them.

I just hope they will eventually release a successor to the EMP, because the Kone AIMO doesn't look too good. They claim it's the direct successor though, which sucks.

Your not alone, the kove i have is the best i have ever owned, glad their support is as good as the tech.
