I'm new to RAID setup and design, so please bare with me as a novice.

I recently purchased a HighPoint RocketRAID 3120 controller card and installed it on my windows XP SP3 machine. Here's the basic setup:
-Windows XP SP3
-Primary boot device Seagate ST3200827AS 200 GB SATAII Hard Drive
-RocketRAID 3120 Controller with two (2) Seagate ST3750640AS 750 GB SATAII Hard Drives

What I'm trying to do is preserve my 200GB disk as my primary boot disk and do either a JBOD or a RAID 0 on the two 750GB drives. The install on the card and the software went off perfectly, windows recognizes teh controller and the software works. However I cannot seem to figure out to make windows recognize the single 1.5TB disk. It doesn't show up in My Computer or anything. It shows up under Device Manager/Disk Drives as "HPT Disk 0_0 SCSI disk device," but I have no further way of accessing it. I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong.

Again, I am quite the novice at this, so any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Control Panel | Administrative Tools | Computer Management

Then under Disk Management you'll need to initialize and/or create a partition.

holy crap. I can't believe it was that simple AND I completely overlooked that. THANK YOU so very much for the quick reply and the help, it is infinitely appreciated.
