RTX 2060 Temperature and overall performance troubles.

I bought an RTX 2060 Gigabyte OC with 2 coolers. It's temperatures reaches 38-40 °С and in games 70-75 °C. Is it okay? Also I watched a couple of tests with the same hardware as mine (Ryzen 2600, RAM 16, RTX2060) and noticed that they get higher FPS than me, about 10-15 increase. I have Zalman i3 case.

Yes, 70-75°C is perfectly fine.
 
Also the FPS difference could easily be down to monitor/resolution, did they have identical monitors to you?

Temperature is fine , you've got 10-15 extra FPS , i see no troubles like the title say.
