Hey guys!
Recently I have got a rtx 3090 inno3d gaming x3. I tried to overclock the memory to 800 MHz but it wouldn't go above that unlike other Rtx 3090 AIB cards.
Can you help me?

My advice is to lower your memory overclock to something like 250mhz. Higher memory overclocking is okay but you need to verify that the performance improvement corresponds to higher memory clocks. GDDR6X has built in error correction, clocks that are past stability won't crash the game but you are getting lower performance.
More information is provided here

Some card can do +1500 some can do only +500. Its silicon lottery.

Also, GDDR6X has high power consumption and the operating temp can easily climp to limit (110°C). Especially on 3090s with 2 sides filled with memory modules.
