Hello guys, i have a Gigabyte Aero RTX 4070TI V2 OC and while i am getting great performance when i am gaming i have noticed that the temps do not go over 45 degrees, i play at 2k but i do not max everything.
Anyone has any idea if this is normal or not and if not a way to fix it?
My CPU is a Ryzen 9 3900x yes i know there is some bottleneck but it is minimal in 2K and 32 gigs of ram.
Thank you guys for any help!

you talk about QHD/1440p right?
a 4070 TI is pretty fast and Zen 2 didn't age too well. depending on the game a CPU bottleneck is more than possible.

Install MSI Afterburner, and use the OSD to monitor your CPU/GPU usage:

Also do you play E-sports or other easy to run games and/or have you vsync on ?

I never have vsync on, i play valorant and League other than COD atm

These games are an insult to this GPU. Doubt it's at least 40% loaded. That's why your temperatures are so low. Try playing something heavy, e.g. Cyberpunk, Alan Wake II, The Last of Us, Starfield, you name it. These MMO things are supposed to get you a million FPS on a 1050 Ti, 4070 Ti is a lot more than you need for them.

here are my results, the GPU did have an average of 61 degrees.
My CPU definitely holds my card from its full potential i am sure of that but i am waiting for the next Ryzens on Zen4 before i upgrade https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/102984250?

4070 Ti manages power extremely well at low loads. In some games I can run completely fanless. If GPU is just overkill for the application then RTX 40 series will draw very little power.

Any COD from MW2019 onwards relies heavily on DLSS for competitive settings, so load is low and power is about 150-200W, about 50C or so is normal at 1440p. Valorant is not worth talking about.

As for the rest, the 3900X is holding it back a fair bit, but nothing looks really abnormal. 61C in Timespy sounds about right.

Your GPU is totally fine. Don't worry.

GPU not running hot enough, that's a unique problem to have.

It's fine.
