RX 570 - Drivers not working (Code 43)

Hello,

I have been trying for almost 8 hours straight trying to get the graphics card to work. I bought it used off of eBay and the seller did mention there was an issue with the fact they couldn't install drivers. I picked it up for quite cheap and figured I would attempt to get it working again.

The GPU: MSI Radeon RX 570 Gaming X 4G

The problem(s):

When putting the GPU into the system, windows recognizes it as an RX 570 in the device managers, but it has a little triangle next to it. Further looking into the error, it displays a code 43. Looking at the events, I can see it says that the device was not started due to service amdkmdag.

When I install drivers for the GPU, the Radeon software says that "No AMD Graphics driver is installed, or the AMD driver is not functioning properly".

When I run GPU-Z, I can see that the GPU clock and memory both read as 0. The temperature sensor also reads as 0. I believe this is because the driver is not able to communicate with GPU-Z properly.

Attempted fixes:

I feel like I have tried everything but here is what I have tried. I have tried using DDU to uninstall the drivers and then reinstall them. I have also used this method to install older drivers such as the 19.7.2 driver.

I have run the atikmdag patch, on multiple different driver installs. I have also tried older versions of the patch, all with no success.

I have tried around 30 different vBIOSes, and flashed them, also with no success. I even bricked my GPU with around 3 of them, but I did recover it with no issues.

I have updated my BIOS on the motherboard, to the latest, also with no success.

I opened the GPU up to see the memory chips, and the GPU uses Hynix memory. I couldn't see any caps that were bulging or any components that looked burned out. I repasted the card too.

I have also reinstalled Windows 10 with no luck.

Extra information about the card:

Device ID: 1002 67DF - 1462 3416

BIOS Version: 015.050.002.001.000000

What I believe this card is and where the issue may come from, is the fact that this is an ex-mining GPU and was flashed with another BIOS. However, I have tried loads of different BIOSes and nothing has helped fix it. The GPU looks and seems to be in immaculate condition.

Any help or fixes is greatly appreciated as I have already been working at this for 8 hours!

The Device ID and Bios version are useless in determining what Bios you may need, as they change as per the Bios currently used.
Pictures of the card and any stickers on the back will be required to aid in the search for the correct Bios.

Here are some pictures of the back. It feels like I've tried everything (firmware/software related) and I'm slowly starting to see this as a hardware issue.

pretty sure the graphics chip is dead, and is a hit and miss trying to reflow it.

This Bios matches the Bios already on the card and is the correct one.
If reflashing doesn't revive it then it possibly may be a hardware fault.

Just tried reflashing it with the vBIOS you gave me, still getting code 43. Yeah, it's probably a hardware fault, I'll need to give it a closer look.
