RX 570 second hand - poor performance (maybe mining BIOS?)

Hello,

Recently I've purchased an RX 570 Sapphire Nitro+ 4GB, and since I've installed it, the performance in gaming has been very poor, the GPU goes from 0% to 80% randomly and the frame rates are very low. When the GPU arrived, it was giving me Error 43, then I switched the BIOS and at least AMDs driver recognized it, but the performance continued to be not good.

Reading some of the posts here, I started to think that my GPU was using for mining before, and I've tried to reflash it, and I used this firmware https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/191336/sapphire-rx570-4096-170323 but the performance issues are still happening. What can be causing it? On the white sticker it says:

PN 299-2E366-101SA
SKU #11266-14

GPU-Z:

Has anyone any idea of what could be causing this? Thank you very much!!!!
