RX 580 Cant boot in UEFI, cant disable CSM and cant enable Secure Boot

Hello! i have an issue that i have seen before in this threads, but i couldnt follow them becasue i have another RX model

System specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5500
Ram: 16 Gb 3200 mhz
SSD: ADATA Legend 800 1TB
GPU: Afox Radeon RX 580 16 GB (It had originally 8gb, but it came modded and now has 16)

All the parts are new (Bought them in April of this year) Except the GPU that came used and modded (I dont know if this is why it cant use Secure boot)
I know i probably need to flash a new bios, but i dont know how and im scared to brick my GPU, thats why i created this post (I also attached the gpu-z screenshot of my gpu, and the thing in the motherboard that says i cant enable neither Secure Boot or CSM) So if someone could help me, i would appreciate it! Ty

Please make a picture of the PCB (both sides) and a close up of a memory chip.

Secureboot requires UEFI but your graphics card doesn't have GOP UEFI driver. Maybe you can modify to add it if it's a special VBIOS?

GPUZ reports 8GB?

@VuurVOS has done a lot with this type of thing so in good hands.
