Hey guys after play some old games I noticed that i get low fps.
on my old 1050ti it was much higher.
Then I remember that I locked core clock on max at the 1050 one to fix the issues with afterburner.

But this way to force max clock not work with RX 590.

Is there any way to force it to always max clock speed all time? Tool or bios flash or anything pls guys help me

If the card isn't reaching higher clocks that means it's limited by something, temperature, power or it's simply not under a lot of load. Post a screenshot of the sensors tab in GPU-Z or any other monitoring software during a game.

And don't flash the bios on anything.

It clocks perfect on actual games like warzone etc.but not on old games like
Cs 1.6 or warcraft 3 cuz game don't use much gpu and fps does not go high and the clock stuck on 300 mhz like idle

That's because those older games do not put enough of a load on the GPU for it to clock that high. You're card works as it should, even if it were to clock like you want it to the FPS would remain the same.

Yes my gpu works correct.
the fps would not remain the same.
On my 1050ti was the same ...it sta at low clock on old games and low fps but after I force it to max clock all time with msi afterburner to run old games at max core clock to get higher fps.
But this way don't work with afterburner on rx 590 .
This why I looking for another way to force max clock speed.

Pleasee help

In AMD Control Panel, look for WattMan, there you can adjust the clocks:

Clipboard01.jpg

Try setting states 3-7 to the same max clock.

Ya I found this too but can't edit state 0 for run always max clock.
Idle and old games run still 300 MHz

Edit : found temp solution ( create profile and edit it with notepad set state 1- 7 to my max clocl and False the state 0 and load the Profil.
But need redo it every pc restart.
Rly search for permanent ones like afterburner nvidia max clock lock.

Is it possible to edit state 0 to max clock in bios file and flash on it on sec bios switch?if yes can do it some one for me.

Before you resort to such measures, try previous releases of AMD drivers, maybe its just a new bug.

GPU needs idle state, but if you insist, look up Red BIOS Editor, MorePowerTool and Pascal BIOS Tweaker. Remember to save a copy of the original BIOS.
