RX 6600 "not found" by AMDVBFLASH etc in Z77-based system (Win10/Ubuntu) but still usable and recognised by OSes!

Anyone have any idea about what might be the problem? GPU-Z occasionally can found and read it but it is impossible to get AMDVBFLASH to see it.

Is it maybe:

- Motherboard too old?
- Bug in GPU BIOS?
- Other reason?

Solutions?

I'm fairly fluent in Linux & MacOS terminals but not so much in the Windows equivalent, so have that in mind.

I didn't check that closely I must admit, but it looked like what it was supposed to I believe: right amount of RAM, RAM type, frequencies etc. I managed to dump the .ROM-file as well.
