Hi there - am in a little bit of a pickle - hoping someone has been through this and knows the way

X570 AORUS PRO WIFI, Nvidia 2060 Super, Ryzen 9 3900X - installed fresh OS on a fresh SSd but my SSD RAID no longer shows up and when I run AMD Raid Software it says am missing components.
"Raidxpert" software says I am missing "rccfg RAID driver"

Of course I googled the heck out of these terms and tried installing some drivers and updaters I got from AMD and Gigabyte/Aorus

Try this. The RAID driver for your motherboard.

Says this beside the download button:
AMD RAID Preinstall Driver
(Note) Windows setup to read from USB thumb drive.
(Note) Win10 ver.2004 supported.

OS: Windows 10 64bit
[9.3.0.221]

Thanks - thats one of the things I tried installing but to no effect.

I found this thread but it's a little tricky to understand. I'm not sure how to get into my bios, plus in my case I am trying to get to some data on the RAID volume I had before that wont mount.

the main thing is I just wish i could mount these drives somehow and get the data off of them, is there any software that would emulate that? that, or getting it to work like before would be cool. I'm just coming from the mac world and despite everything being great so far, i am not familiar with the tricks to navigate this. If anyone is down to talk me through it, i would venmo you for your time

Accessing BIOS can be done by pressing the appropriate key on your keyboard during boot. I cannot remember what GB uses, but it is probably Del, Enter, F1, F3, or F12. There should be a small message pop up telling you which one to press.

for RCCFG you need to install manually from the *.inf file under RCCFG folder on driver folder

Not if full screen logo is enabled and even if you do see it there is no time to hit it. Its very fast even with fast boot disabled.

Anyway I have the same board (Rev1.0, nonWiFi) and the key is "Del" to enter the BIOS.
Since you never entered BIOS before I assume you see the AORUS logo screen on start up. When you see this its probably too late to enter the BIOS.
You have to start clicking Del repeatedly before logo shows up.
When you manage to get into BIOS you will want to hit F2 to go into advanced mode. I cant remember right now where exactly the drive options are... I have to get into there and look around.

Prior to any setting change
I suggest you download the latest BIOS from Gigabyte site for the specific board and update it. Its not something too hard and it can be done through BIOS. Do not do it on windows.

I can walk you through it step by step if you like.
