P.S. i tried to update on latest bios i didn`t know that the bios is not working on my graphics card and it crashed can the bios be a problem about the Fan Speed? thanks!

You can use msi afterburner and set you own fan curve.
Edit: or just play with it maybe u messed something up, you can also use the radeon software for that too.

should i use this settings in msi afterburner

should i use this settings in msi afterburner
You can set it how you like (noise / temps preference), you can also use the amd software if you dont want to use msi afterburner.

While I find fan curves to be too low in many games, especially in midrange models like the Pulse 5600XT, the cooler is overkill on this one so you should never be seeing this problem unless you've set the fan curve in Adrenaline or Afterburner. Or there's some other problem.

If I were you (and I have a Pulse 5600XT), I'd update to the most recent drivers if you haven't already. Then make sure Afterburner isn't running and then open AMD Adrenaline. Click the Performance tab, click the Tuning sub-tab, and under GPU, click Default.

If Default is already selected, then click Manual and Enable Fan Tuning. What does it look like? FYI this is what my PC RedDragon 6800XT looks like. I have the 5600XT set similarly:

The actual numbers for how the fan curve works in Adrenaline is broken because AMD <smh>. But these settings give me the fan curve I want. You could lift the "70C" setting higher if you like to get increased Fan speed earlier but while it seems that I'm not lifting until 70C, it certainly does earlier, before 60C. Adrenaline is pretty damn good and so much more useful than anything from Nvidia but LOL the fan control is Precise, but not Accurate. Spend some time figuring out what works for you.
