I just downloaded warzone on my 4070 laptop (i7-13650HX). The performance was extremely rough and choppy by default, so after following [this]() tutorial by iceman isaac, I was able to get good framerate and generally better performance. However, the game was tearing a LOT, and so I tunred on gsync for a better experience. So a big issue still remains that is hindering my ability to enjoy the game, which is, crazy brightness flickering while using gsync. I have tried many settings to get rid of it such as locking my fps to 120(my framerate generally is in excess of 150), using with and without vsync in the nvidia settings, and tweaking a million other things but it doesn't seem to go.
Does anyone know if there's a potential fix for it? I'm new to pc gaming so I'm not even sure if this is a widespread issue or just my laptop (Auros 16X). I've attached a video for reference on my original reddit post (cant post here because of size)( ), but irl it looks way worse and distracting.
I feel like there's just one or two settings I have to tweak to get rid of this, but I just can't find out what. I know for sure that my screen has G-Sync and isn't and OLED or VA display which have this issue more commonly. Any help or direction will be much appreciated. Thanks
