Can someone plz tell me the combination keys for taking screen shots on Windows 10?
I know its the Windows key + something else.

It's Win key + Print Screen

I only use the Print Screen button

It saves it as a .png if you use a windows key.

Saves it where? I just use PrtScr and paste image in image editor. Or Alt+PrtScr to capture just active window and not whole desktop.

Use "SnippingTool.exe"!
Included in windows, perfect tool!
In C/windows/system32 ;)

I use it as well. Another nice tool that is good to use is @W1zzard's own tpucapture. I like to use this one as well. It has a feature to upload directly to techPowerUp! Free Image Hosting.

Pictures folder in your C drive

+1 to everything @Jetster said! I use Snip and TPUCapture quite frequently!

Checking Pictures folder was my first reaction. But I could find anything. Unless it's hardcoded, because I have all my documents folders on D: partition...
