Ok I recently got my brand new Viewsonic VX2753MH 27 inch 1ms LED LCD Monitor.

But the screen isn't adjusted. And won't allow auto/manual adjusting. The overscan has to be set @ 10 percent for it to fill the borders, but even then the picture is still blurry

It's on a DVI to HMDI adapter and my 7970 only has the 1 HDMI slot and 2 MiniDP slots + DVI slot, I tried a MiniDP to HMDI adapter but that didn't work also. The driver is installed also.

look under my digital flat panel /scaling options
edit: maybe a defective card?

Fixed it guys.

For some stupid reason you have to go to the monitor settings using the buttons on the side then go

> Input settings
Then select the appropriate input, only then will it fill the borders without needing overscan.

The picture is clear now. Poor screen design.

Meh, Viewsonic. My first LCD display (10 years ago-ish?) was a Viewsonic and had this same issue... Not to mention others.
