Hi guys. New to the forum but was unable to find any solutions elsewhere regarding my issue. I picked up an HP C6369a DDS 4 DAT tape drive, external. I'm looking for a way to hook it up to a regular SCSI destop card (short of buying a server!) photos attached of the connector/drive. Can any of you kind souls identify what this connector type is? Tried everywhere, even HP enterprises support weren't able to help.

Umm... High Density 68 maybe. It's been awhile.

I believe the Adaptec AHA-2940UW is one such controller with the correct external port, for your Wide-LVD/SE device. Do you have a computer with a PCI slot?

Okay, It's easy enough it appears to connect the drive to the internal slot on the card, however that would mean running a cable from outside the case to inside. Any ideas what would be needed to connect the two?
