SCYROX V6

It would be a near perfect mouse, but what the actual hell is that CPI deviation. Isn’t it the exact same package as the V8? How did they manage to screw this up?

Shell difference, and given that the firmware is exactly the same, the physical difference isn't being accounted for.

Yeah, that makes sense. A bit… weird of a gaffe. LAMZU are not newbies, they’ve been at this for a while and are a near-Tier 1 periphery vendor nowadays. You’d think they would know better. I… suppose lack of firmware optimization might be a part of cost-cutting to keep Scyrox as a budget brand? I am not sure how much of a financial investment re-calibrating said firmware for a new release would be.

This mouse takes me back to the old school Microsoft Intellimouse 1.0 :)

That would be more like the SteelSeries Sensei and things like the Waizowl Cloud which are one to one clones of the Intellimouse. That shape is still alive and well.

Not a fan of the plunger style scroll wheel button, on other mice I had that used that style, I generally got issues somewhere between 1-2 years, little less than one on my roccat burst pro.
Granted I use the middle mouse button more than the right one but still it is one of the primary buttons and can be used a lot.
